Funtroo is an Indian fashion brand specialising in oversized apparel for men. We offer premium-quality casualwear designed for relaxed fits, streetwear comfort, and modern aesthetics. Every piece is designed to intentionally run loose and roomy.

3. Product Information & Fit
 

  • All items on funtroo.com are designed with an oversized fit. This is an intentional design choice and not a sizing error.

  • We encourage customers to refer to our detailed Size Guide before purchasing.

  • If you are unsure, please contact our customer care team for assistance in selecting the right fit.
     

4. Pricing & Availability
 

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

  • In case of any pricing discrepancies or unintentional errors, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders.

 
5. Orders & Payment
 

  • Orders can only be placed via www.funtroo.com.

  • We accept secure payments through:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS.

 
6. Shipping & Delivery
 

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

 
7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because we specialize in oversized fits, we recommend reviewing our size guide thoroughly before purchasing. However:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of order delivery.
    Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Returned in original packaging with tags intact

  • Items such as innerwear, socks, and sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene or policy constraints.

  • Exchanges are available only once per order, and subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

 
8. Cancellations
 

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; however, the order may be returned after delivery as per our return policy.

  • Funtroo reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
