At Funtroo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple and transparent refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for purchases made on www.funtroo.com.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:

You have returned an item in accordance with our Return Policy (i.e., within 7 days of delivery).

The returned item passes our quality check (see section 3).

Unused and unwashed

In its original packaging

With all original tags and accessories intact

2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Innerwear, socks, or accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Items returned in used, washed, or damaged condition

Exchange orders (unless defective or damaged)
3. Quality Check & Approval
Once we receive your returned item:

It undergoes a quality inspection at our warehouse (usually within 2–3 working days).

If it passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

If the return fails inspection, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

6. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.

If your order is already shipped, please wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
