Refund Policy

At Funtroo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple and transparent refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for purchases made on www.funtroo.com.

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:

  • You have returned an item in accordance with our Return Policy (i.e., within 7 days of delivery).

  • The returned item passes our quality check (see section 3).

  • The product is:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In its original packaging

    • With all original tags and accessories intact


2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Items returned in used, washed, or damaged condition

  • Exchange orders (unless defective or damaged)


3. Quality Check & Approval
Once we receive your returned item:

  • It undergoes a quality inspection at our warehouse (usually within 2–3 working days).

  • If it passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

  • If the return fails inspection, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.


4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Incomplete returns (e.g., missing tags)

  • Items returned late (after 7 days but within 10 days, at our discretion)


6. Cancellation Refunds

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.

  • If your order is already shipped, please wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
