At Funtroo, we aim to deliver your oversized style as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be shipped from www.funtroo.com.
1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver across India to most pin codes through trusted
courier partners. If your address is not serviceable, our customer care team will notify you promptly.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

Processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.).

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If you're unavailable, they may contact you via call or SMS.

After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to origin.
7. Delays & Exceptions
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or local disturbances

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Unreachable customers or failed delivery attempts
8. Address Change Requests

Address changes are only possible before dispatch.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing the order.
9. Undelivered Packages / RTO
If your order is returned to us due to:

Refusal to accept

Incorrect address

Incomplete contact details
We will reach out to confirm if you want it re-shipped (additional charges may apply). Prepaid orders can be refunded after deduction of return logistics costs, if applicable.
